About Bon Brioche

Bon Brioche is dedicated to crafting authentic French viennoiserie, blending traditional techniques with premium ingredients. Founded with a passion for French flavors, it began as a small kitchen perfecting buttery, flaky pastries like croissants and pain au chocolat, celebrating tradition, craftsmanship, and taste.

 

In addition to our flour and butter, we carefully select all of our ingredients, from fresh eggs to fine chocolates, to guarantee that every pastry is made with the freshest and most natural products available.

Our team is composed of artisans who have mastered the intricate techniques of traditional French baking, ensuring that each viennoiserie reflects the highest level of craftsmanship.

Many of our bakers have spent decades perfecting the art of viennoiserie, from the precise rolling of croissant dough to the careful shaping of brioche.

With a tradition that dates back to 1936, we combine time-honored French baking techniques with the finest ingredients, including Belgian butter and French flour, to create delicious pastries for cafés, hotels, and restaurants.
